From 6 April 2009 new Tribunal claim and response forms will be introduced in line with the new legislation.

From 6 April 2009 new Tribunal claim and response forms will be introduced in line with the new legislation.

For a transitional period it will be important to ensure that you complete the correct claim and response forms as the current forms will co-exist with the new forms.

In general, if the old rules apply to a claim then the existing forms should be used. Where the new rules apply the new forms should be used.
