Brendan has specialized in Civil Litigation since qualifying as a lawyer in April 2002. He trained and qualified at a medium sized firm in Sunderland and became a partner there in January 2006. Brendan has a particular interest in landlord and tenant litigation and has a successful record of dealing with building and construction disputes, the division of business and partnership assets and contract disputes.
