Chief Executive - David Laud joined the firm in 2003 having held senior management postions with Thomas Cook and AT&T. He has worked within the professional service sector for 16 years.
A key aspect of his role is to develop and grow the business through service innovation and effective connection with key client groups.

In addition to his role as Chief Executive David heads the newly formed business support function of the firm. Here Samuel Phillips are able to help firms with a wide range of commercial services from strategic planning to social media and mentoring.
In his spare time he's managed 8 Great North Runs and 5 Bath Half Marathons.
Looking for a shorter run he tackled the Blaydon Race for the first time in 2011 with colleagues Joanne, Ingrid and Matthew and completed this year's on a very wet 9th June, the 150th anniversary of the famous race.
