Commercial Property – Legal Secretary/ PA

We’re looking for an experienced legal secretary who has worked recently or is currently working for a commercial property department.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a team that’s enjoying a steady uplift in new instructions from existing and newly acquired clients.

What we’re looking for;

  • Must be familiar with land registry applications, requisitions, searches and office copy entries
  • Has the ability to undertake straightforward HMRC land transaction returns
  • Can understand and access online resources to complete leases and licences under the supervision of the solicitors in the team
  • Would need to have a good telephone manner and an honest open approach to work
  • It is very likely the successful candidate will be a natural organiser, control freaks welcomed
  • If you have residential rather than commercial property experience but match most of the above we’d love to hear from you too.


Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Helping the commercial property solicitors with administrative support
  • Assisting clients on specific matters
  • Helping to organise diaries for meetings
  • Ensuring deadlines are met

Personal qualifications/characteristics desired:

  • Ambitious
  • Hard-working
  • A team-player
  • Commercial or residential property experience
  • Organisational Skills

This is a full-time position.
