Claire also has extensive expertise in all aspects of personal injury matters.

Having graduated with an LLB(Hons) from Nottingham Trent University, Claire returned to the North East to complete her legal training in a well-respected commercial firm in Teesside. She has over 15 years’ experience within the field of civil litigation.
Prior to joining Samuel Phillips Law Firm, Claire worked for 10 years within a market leading Legal 500 firm with a multi-million pound annual turnover. Claire has extensive experience in dealing with civil litigation matters ranging from those falling within the jurisdiction of the County Courts all the way through to the Supreme Court.
