Our aim is to offer all clients a high level of service at all times.  To ensure we continue to offer a consistently high standard of client care we work to the Law Society’s Lexcel quality standard for practice management.  This is the highest level of practice management accreditation in the UK and we are proud to have maintained our marque for over 10 years.

If you remain unhappy with our final response to your complaint or 8 weeks have passed since first raising the issue you may  contact the  Legal Ombudsman 0300 555 0333 (Please note all calls will be recorded). Email : enquiries@legalombudsman.org.uk  address  PO Box 6806, Wolverhampton WV1 9WJ.

Please note the complaint should be brought to the Legal Ombudsman no later than six years from the date of the alleged act or omission or three years from the date when you should have known about the complaint and within 6 months of the final communication from Samuel Phillips. These time limit rules should be satisfied for the LO to accept the complaint.
