We require additional legal support in the Family and Private Client Team. The work includes a range of matters relating to family law, dealing with significant high value financial issues on divorce through to care proceedings and contested probates.
You’ll be versatile, calm under pressure and able to deal with a high volume of cases. This is a key role working for one of Newcastle’s most respected Family Law teams.
It is important for us to secure the right person to join the team and as a result, we are open to candidates who are fully qualified solicitors, either at the beginning of their career or with experience, as well as candidates who have completed their legal training and looking for paralegal opportunities as a precursor to undertaking the next stage of their training. We increasingly use the paralegal route as a means to identify suitable trainees in the future, but we do not give any guarantee in this regard. Any paralegal employed by us would automatically qualify for an interview during the next training contract intake process.
