Jane is an Associate and head of our Residential Conveyancing Department.  She has a wealth of experience in dealing with all aspects of sales and purchases, as well as remortgages and transfers of equity.

Jane also has experience in dealing with complex leasehold titles, grants of new leases and extensions, new builds, help to buys, shared ownership and right to buy transactions.

Jane Studied at the University of Northumbria and undertook her training contract with us.  She qualified as a Solicitor in 2002 and initially practiced in family law and was accredited by Resolution as a Specialist Family Lawyer and then by the Law Society as a Children’s Representative.

Jane then moved into residential conveyancing and is now accredited under the Law Society’s Conveyancing Quality Scheme.

Jane lives in Cramlington, Northumberland and has a great working relationship with local estate agents, developers and mortgage advisors.  She also has excellent knowledge of the local area and provides a personalised and quality service to her clients.
