Jessica specialises in sales, part exchanges and new build purchases and she also assists Jane Fiddes, (Head of Residential Property) with Persimmon Panel work.  She is a valuable member of the team and has a warm and friendly approach to clients.

Jessica graduated from Northumbria University in July 2016 with a 2:1 Masters Degree in Law. Alongside her studies, Jessica also successfully completed the Legal Practice Course.

While at University, she undertook a placement year within Northumbria University’s Student Law Office.  This gave her a wealth of practical experience including managing her own caseload, meeting with clients, and drafting letters of advice after analysing the case and researching the law.

In her spare time, Jessica enjoys socialising with friends, shopping, going to the gym and visiting family in her hometown Southport.
