Kelly is originally from Northumberland but now lives in Newcastle. She began working for law firms in 2012.

Kelly chose to join Samuel Phillips Law Firm in August 2017 to follow her ambition to work for a well-respected and established city centre law firm. She was inspired by how positive and client focused Samuel Phillips is as a firm. Kelly is passionate about delivering a high standard of administration and customer care services at all times.

Kelly has a NVQ Level 3 qualification in Business Administration as well as a NVQ Level 3 qualification in Customer Care.

Before joining Samuel Phillips Law Firm, Kelly worked at another major law firm in the city centre for 5 years; where she was able to build and develop her skills in the administration and customer care field.

Kelly has two adopted cats and loves visiting the local cat cafés in town. Outside of work, Kelly enjoys socialising with family and friends, attending gigs & live events and going on city breaks.

Kelly is also currently enjoying learning to play the acoustic guitar.
