Lucy deals with all aspects of residential sales and purchases and assists Jane Fiddes (Head of Residential Property) with the Persimmon Panel work.

Lucy is a dedicated member of the team. She is very efficient, hardworking and has an excellent manner towards clients.

Lucy graduated from Northumbria University in July 2016 with a First Class Honours Master of Law degree and successfully completed the Legal Practice Course.

Whilst at University, Lucy worked within the family law firm in Northumbria’s Student Law Office. This enabled her to gain a wealth of practical experience by meeting with clients and providing advice on various different matters.

Lucy speaks fluent Spanish after living in Spain for three years when she was younger. In her spare time she enjoys practicing her Spanish by watching films and reading books in Spanish.

Outside of work Lucy enjoys socialising with family and friends, travelling, going to the cinema and learning new languages.
