“I was delighted to be appointed Partner of such an established and well respected firm which prides itself in delivering a first class service to its clients. Having internal management responsibilities has given me additional insight into what it means to be an employer which helps me understand the issues facing my business clients when dealing with their employees.”
Sally’s career highlights include working with clients whose cases have appeared in the Court of Appeal and the Court of Justice of the European Union. Sally commented It’s exciting for me as a lawyer to be involved in cases with issues that reach the senior courts but it’s more important for my clients to have their legal issues determined with certainty at this level.
Sally advises both Employees and Employers which gives her the ideal perspective to see both sides of any dispute. Sally has a wide client base representing individual employees, SME company employers, Academies, third sector employers and public sector employers.
Sally is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association and the Newcastle Employment Tribunal User Group. She heads up the Employment Team at Samuel Phillips Law Firm together with Robert Gibson.
