Swinburne Jackson LLP ceased trading early in 2014. The firm is in administration and this process is being handled by accountants Robson Laidler. As an outcome of administration certain aspects of the firms work needed to be placed with existing reputable local law firms with expertise in specific fields. Samuel Phillips stepped in to manage the Wills and Probate files.

At present we are working through the rather large bank of files, reviewing the documents and communicating with each client personally to advise of their specific position.

As you may imagine this process will take time but it is the only way to effectively manage such an important and sensitive legal matter, we’re not cutting any corners.

If you have yet to hear from us please don’t worry, if we have your Will in storage we will be writing to you in due course.  Don“t worry if we have your Will as part of the files transferred from Swinburne & Jackson we will have stored it for you in our secure facility and will not be charging you for that service.

There may of course be a reason why you would like to discuss your Will with one of the team more immediately and if that’s the case we would be delighted to hear from you.

If you do have an immediate enquiry please e-mail reception@samuelphillips.co.uk or call 0191 232 8451
